The food was truly impressive, especially the delicious dinner we had one night. I loved relaxing on the sun terrace after a long day of exploring, soaking up the sun. The only downside was that the room felt a bit snug, but it didn’t take away from our stay at all! 😊

Comfortable location, easy walk to a medieval Gothic gate tower. Lovely breakfasts with various breads and sausages and fruit juices, so very helpful and exceptionally helpful staff.

It is a charming small hotel and I thoroughly enjoyed its brand-new rooms and responsive personnel. They serve good food, have plenty of options to choose from...

The hotel was super clean.
Unfortunately, the beds weren't that comfortable for restful sleep. The breakfast lacked variety, and we found it repetitive over our stay. The constant background music during the night was quite disruptive.

Very friendly and helpful staff. High standard of rooms. Bar and restaurant in hotel is pleasant and reasonably priced. Garage Parking at Hotel is a big plus for those with a car. Chilled drinking water is available at coolers placed on each floor - big plus - other hotels expect you to buy water!!
Package tours/trips E.G. to Wielicka salt mine overpriced - I recommend organising these yourselves or if you are lazy walk the 500 metres to the market square and find a tour shop that is a much cheaper option.

Traveled as a family with a one-year-old child. Good location of the hotel. Good breakfast and a comfortable cafe with a child's chair. There was a kettle, tea and coffee in the room for the first time. There was also a safe. Requested a crib in advance and when it arrived it was already in the room. The crib was nice and comfortable. The child liked not only to sleep in it, but also to play :). Ability to leave luggage in storage after check-out. Favourable attitude of the staff. Maybe I'll come back here on future trips.
In some places, you need a little maintenance. The hair dryer wasn't working. The holes through which the unheated air was supplied were clogged. The problem was urgent because the wife didn't take hers. I cleaned it, earned it, but only for 600W. In 1200W mode, the overheating protection was triggered after a minute... On the one hand, the room was cleaned and was clean enough, but at the same time the carpet was very dirty and requires dry cleaning. Since I was with a one-year-old child, his clothes were dirty after a few minutes crawling on the floor. Another problem that didn't depend on the staff was the neighbors (who were screaming until 1:00 a.m.) (it looked like Spanish speakers). They really messed up the mood.

Great location (minutes away from the City Center) and service. Stuff was helpful and kind. The room we got was tidy and spacious. Although there were a lot of guests in the hotel at the time of our stay it was quiet (the same goes for the whole neighborhood). Really nice breakfast - open buffet but a lot of food and varied dishes. In general - a great place to stay.
Lack of fridge in the room is the only thing I can think off

Nice hotel, very simple, don't expect anything special. All our requests were taken into account when booking. Towels were changed daily, good set of detergents, good water pressure. Comfortable beds with duvets. It was quiet... place is great - 5 minutes to the pedestrian street and Barbakan (still considered the district Kazimierz, walked there and there much!!! closer to the center). Everybody is close by! We walked around the city with audio guides... We paid for the hotel with a card when booking, there were no blockages and parking was also paid with a ruble card at the reception, I do not understand why in the next review complain about the ATM? Pay with your card right to reception. ATM is right and around the corner, by the way. Euros aren't even accepted in the markets... Underground parking is not cheap (60 PLN night), very convenient - we planned to park in the street, in the evening there were no parking spaces, parking was free and you can see it immediately, there was staff there and everything was shown, told, escorted... restaurant is good - the choice is small, what is delicious, beautiful and fast (on the main menu). Breakfast is also a great buffet.
There's no fridge in the room, the furniture is quite simple. The air conditioning is central, the 4th floor has very small windows. Passing by the reception almost always no one even raised his head.

Wonderful location of the hotel-5 min walking from the shopping center and Old Town, at the same time the hotel is on a quiet street- what is an undoubted plus. building has 4 floors and an elevator. staff is kind enough to help you speak English. We had a room on the 3rd floor with a small kettle with safe mirror table pair of chairs. In the bathroom there's a hair dryer and soap. Two welcoming boots of water. Nice Wi-Fi. Nice breakfast. I guess it's a small selection and I wanted to get crazy first but pineapples, melon and pancakes with sweet cottage cheese made me crazy
I reduced my cleaning grade. There was a sock under the battery. In three days, room was never vacuumed. In the bathroom there were tubes with lotion and air conditioning, container with shampoo-soap was in the shower cabin itself (very uncomfortable! soap ran out and when my husband and I came back late after all the excursions we found that no one bothered to fill it!

A surprise celebration in Krakow
The hotel staff were really nice too create a romantic room for my parents, complete with thoughtful decorations and a bottle of bubbles. The location was near the heart of the city.
Despite the small hiccup of some areas needing a refresh, the really good service overshadowed it all. Just ensure you request a room with adequate space for a more relaxed stay.

Well in principle this hotel for what I paid is not bad and location is very good. there are things that I didn't understand much and that I wouldn't value very negatively, I didn't understand at all. Well, in principle we had asked for a room with a double bed and you can see that since the hotel was full, they could not give us one, that's understandable and at the end the receptionist told us that we could put the two beds together and there was no problem. What I didn't like that I don't know if it's a hotel rule because they put it somewhere or communicate it previously was the cleaning schedule of the room. first day after leaving early in the morning, we came back around lunchtime wanting to find the room already clean to take a shower, because when we arrived it was not done. Well we think that like many Spaniards from approximately 15:00 to 17:00 are hours where you usually rest and be in the room to get strength for the afternoon, so-called "siesta" because I see that the Polish people do not take it very much into account, since once in the room the cleaning girl came just at 16:00:00 to clean it, she woke us up and asked if she could clean it at another time that she had had all morning more than 8h, we had been out, answer was negative, is understandable because that must be the room cleaning schedule, continued to seem strange to me because it is not a very big hotel either.
